- Sales Administrator
Our principal cosmeceutical company is seeking for sales representative to join our team in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Key responsibilities:
- Experience in Medical field is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Female candidates will be prioritized
- Process online, email and phone sales
- Ensure order and invoice accuracy
- Manage order delivery timeliness
- Communicate customer feedback
- Invoice clients and process payments
- Update databases and customer records
- Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts
- Become experts on company product and service offerings
- Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries
The successful candidate should possess the following experience:
• Proven sales experience in medical field minimum 1-3 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A results-driven and self-motivated attitude.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial services.
