Our Laboratory Instrument Repair and Maintenance services help you effectively reduce your laboratory operational expenses and equipment downtime. For instruments that can be shipped to our depot repair center, our factory-trained technicians will make it a priority to clean, repair, and test your instruments to ensure optimal performance levels. After your instruments meet standard specifications, we will return them and provide you with Certificates of Compliance of Calibration to document the service, when applicable.

Proper maintenance ensures the safety of your patients and staff, extends equipment life expectancy and lowers operation costs. Skipping a routine calibration can result in serious long-term injuries for patients, thus it is required to be scheduled every 3, 6, 9 or 12 months as per the manufacturers recommendation. When your equipment is under our care, routine preventative maintenance is performed as required by the CMS and the manufacturer, ensuring that their performance safety, accuracy and consistency is recorded.
